Return/Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted on ALL products except for custom orders (sales items included). All exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all cards, boxes, and/or pouches must be included with your return. 

To process your exchange, simply email us at with your full name and what item you needed to return.
You may choose to get a replacement or choose another item from our store. If you’d like a return, please note that shipping costs are NOT covered by Choose Love Jewelry.

• If your item is broken or breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement at no fee, this includes custom jewelry—only pay $5 for shipping.

Please note: We cannot issue refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

Please note that we can't process returns more than 90 days after the date of shipment, however, still email us and we can always work on a resolution with you ❤
